As a tenant of Peninsula Property Management Group you will be valued, respected and supported as our customer. The below guidelines will help to ensure a smooth and successful tenancy with Peninsula Property Management Group.

  • Rent must be always paid in advance. At Peninsula Property Management Group we have a “zero tolerance” policy for rental arrears.

  • All maintenance should be reported promptly. This allows Peninsula Property Management Group to deal with the issue in a timely manner and minimises further damage and disruption to your tenancy.

  • A routine inspection will be carried out after the first 3 months of your tenancy and then at 6 monthly intervals thereafter. Whilst every effort will be made to schedule these inspections at a time that suits you, routine inspections form part of the Residential Tenancies Act and access will be gained under the terms of The Act.
